Meet our Staff

Lead Pastor
Mike Carosiello and his wife Darlene

Mike is a native of Wellsville, Ohio. After high school graduation he moved to Tennessee where he was in the carpentry trade. It was there he met his wife, Darlene. They have three grown children and two grandchildren, all living in the state of Ohio. Mike received his B.A. in pastoral ministry from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. He began his ministry by serving as youth pastor in Ohio. His next youth pastor tenure was in Brooksville, Fla. During this time he coached track, football, basketball and taught at Hernando Christian Academy. Mike went on to serve as lead pastor in Bushnell, Florida. He was president of the Ministerial Assoc., and volunteered pastoral care at Sumter Correctional Facility and Sumter County Jail. Mike’s experience in construction enabled him to assist in numerous church building programs. He has been involved in home and foreign missions, building churches and preaching the gospel.

Youth Pastor
Aaron Pippin and his wife Lauren

Aaron was raised in the small close-knit community of Jamestown, OH. He attended Xenia Christian High School where he participated and lead many athletic groups. He also began a prayer group that met each morning before school began.  A few years later he met Lauren and in 2008 was married. They have one son.  During his tenure here he has served in several positions including Royal Rangers Coordinator and Children’s Church Ministry. His life experiences and extensive involvement with teens has helped him become a mature spiritual leader.  Aaron has traveled all over the world doing missions work and spreading the Word of God. It is his passion in life to reach, teach, and encourage people to develop a close and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

Office Secretary
Luann Holmes

LuAnn has lived in Wilmington since she was one year old. She is to married Rocky Holmes. They have three children, Sara, Katy and Adam and seven grandchildren. She became the church secretary in 2005. In this day and age of negativity in the workplace, she often states she loves going to work where there is appreciation and gratitude for the things you do, and where most of all, Jesus Christ is allowed to be acknowledged. The flexible work schedule allows her to enjoy her flower and vegetable gardening. She also, has ample opportunity to spend time with her seven grandchildren who are the center of her life. She grew up in a Methodist church and never thought she would be attending a Pentecostal church. She was invited when her children were just becoming teenagers. She felt the presence of God the minute she came in. When she experienced breast cancer in 2002, the love that poured out from the congregation was utterly amazing. She is now a cancer survivor, and she gives the glory to God. She would like to personally invite anyone reading this to visit one Sunday and experience our vision of Loving God, Loving Others.
